My Spring Fragrance Picks

My Spring Fragrance Picks

Is anyone else super excited for spring? I’m already loving the lighter evenings and *slightly* milder temperature, so looking forward to more spring goodness to come. One of the things that gets me in the mood for spring is a new spring fragrance.  l love trying out new perfumes, so if you’re looking to treat yourself to a new spring scent – I’ve got you covered. Take a look at my spring fragrance picks below.

1. L’Occitane Terre de Lumière L’eau

One of my favourite things to do when I go into town is to head into the L’Occitane store. It always smells so tempting! While they sell all sorts of lotions and potions, I have to say that I love the many fragrances that they stock. The Terre de Lumière L’eau perfume is my favourite – an absolute must for spring. It’s floral and fresh with notes of pink pepper, pink peony and bitter almond essence that really draws me in. It makes me feel very feminine – I’m going to be wearing it a lot I think!

2. Gucci Bloom

You might have seen this one appear on my Instagram following my evening at the Escentual x Benefit event – it was most definitely my favourite out of the fragrances they had out to sample that night. It’s a classic scent packed with white florals – very sophisticated and luxurious. This is a great one to choose if you’re heading on a date – he won’t be able to stay away!

3. Jo Malone Peony and Blush Suede

I picked up this fragrance last autumn, but it’s actually the perfect spring fragrance. Light, fresh and romantic – it’s going to be one of my go-to perfumes for spring. Perhaps I should invest in another bottle to get me through the season?

4. Viktor and Rolf Bon Bon Spring Summer

Now this was a purchase from last year, but it’s still one of my favourites for spring. I love the lightness of it compared to the original Bon Bon (which I also love) as a good daytime alternative. You can really pick out the pink grapefruit and mandarin – two of my favourite smells! You can still pick this up if you’re looking for a luxe spring fragrance, and who wouldn’t want that gorgeous frosted bottle on their dressing table?

5. Marc Jacobs Daisy Dream

When it comes to choosing the right perfume for you, you might find yourself sticking to the same brand time and time again. I’m guilty of this with Marc Jacobs, and I particularly love Daisy Dream. With notes of jasmine, grapefruit and coconut water among others, it’s light and full of those lovely spring elements that make it ideal for daytime.

My spring fragrances will be the perfect finishing touch to compliment my looks, I can’t wait to get wearing them. What are your favourite spring perfumes? Share your thoughts in the comments below!

I haven’t tried any of your picks before! Some lovely ones to look out for though. One I’ve really got my eye on is the Gucci Bloom.

I tend to choose a sweet fragrance such as Armani Diamonds or YSL Parisienne. Literally smells like sweets!

    Great post as always.

I absolutely loove Marc Jacobs Daisy – it’s one of my faves! All of the other perfumes you’ve mentioned sound and look amazing too, especially the L’Occitane one and also Gucci Bloom xo

Peony and blush suede was my favourite last spring! I ran out of it and I’m really missing it now it’s warming up a bit – I might have to treat myself when I go to Notts next weekend to a new bottle
